Aug 23 Agave at First Light

At Home, SE Arizona

Early every morning when I go down to the road to pick up the newspaper I see the beautiful first light making this Agave glow.
I have tried and tried to capture it without great success. This morning I decided to stop trying to make it "light enough to see"
by increasing my exposure time. Rather, I left my exposure low and and I think I got the glow I "see".

Canon EOS 20D ,Sigma 28-300mm F3.5-6.3 DG
1/8000s f/5.6 at 58.0mm iso200 full exif

Those early beams of sunlight are so difficult. I think you did a fine job of capturing the feeling here.
