Back From THR Surgery

Drawing

Hi Everyone!

I had my total hip replacement surgery 10 days ago and am doing great - well, as good as can be
expected.

I began my Physical Therapy (PT) this week Monday (1 week after surgery) and went again yesterday.
Today, I have my follow up appointment with my surgeon.

I am doing my exercises and PT religiously as everyone has told me to and they seem to be paying off.

Yesterday, I actually picked up my camera and took a few shots out the kitchen window. Yay!

I'm going to resume posting my July shots and please bear with me as I'm not sure how long I can sit at my computer with PBase.
I also started working from home this week, so that will take some of my time...

Thanks for all your good wishes! Your love was with me.

Welcome back Carol. I hope you are doing well and wish you a quick recovery. I know a woman who had both her hips replace some years ago. Now she is sledding with her dogs.

Hey Carol, don't rush it and take your time. The captures are always there waiting for u but first, do your daily exercises and rest.
All my best wishes.

Do what ever it takes, and don't cause yourself any unnecessary pain. The physical therapists will give you enough of that. The worst is over.
