Streptanthus carinatus (arizonicus)
An attractive annual or biennial that grows to three and a half feet, with creamy, urn-shaped
flowers that appear along erect branches. Silverbells is common in desert washes or flats, canyons,
and open woodlands from an elevation of 1500 to 4500 feet. Sonoran and Chihuhuan Deserts.
I found these growing wild on my land and had to look them up. The flower color can be cream,
lemon yellow, or lavender.
