Collared Peccary, aka Javelina

Texas Canyon, Dragoon, Arizona

I had just finished more scrubbing at the new house when I stepped out front and saw at least half
a dozen Javelina in my lower front yard. They were slowly making their way across the yard while
grazing on the grasses.

I have finally scrubbed every floor, wall, window and cupboard in the new place and today am ready
to begin painting the cupboard walls and laying shelf paper.

In my spare time out there, I am ridding the area of one of the most invasive trees known to man -
the Tree of Heaven, aka Chinese Sumac!

Oh my! I thought these were aggressive...horses are afraid of wild pigs and I have been told there are some on Mt. Diablo & they are dangerous...so far have not seen any thankfully! Great capture. V

Very cool to have a small pack of wild boars walking through your yard!
