Up Close

At Home, Southeastern Arizona

I just could not get close enough to the Hummingbirds from the house, so this past weekend I devised
a mobile hummingbird feeder by standing our mini-ladder about five or six feet out from the back windows
and hanging a feeder from the handrail. WA LA...one hummingbird feeder up close that I can shoot
through the window, almost making our home a blind.

Here is the first shot I got!

That's a great close-up, Carol, and a smart move you your part. Setting up the feeders to accomodate the camera work will really provide great opportunities!
