Homeless and another one Expected

Mission st/ area of San Francisco

I'm posting this photo, I shot last June in San Francisco. The story behind this photo is the following: I was driving on a Sunday morning thru SF. I was stopped at red light and this woman was at intersection. I didn't pay much attention to her or the sign. I rolled down my window and snapped a few photos. Remind you this is a normal scene around San Francisco, the homeless usually with signs asking from food and mostly money. When I got home to edit my pictures from the day I was VERY MOVED by what this woman was asking. READ PLEASE.
Reason for posting again is that this photo was seen by a woman in SF who helps the Homeless. She visits this site PBASE & TrekEarth and told me she was looking for this woman. At one time she said she spotted her, but couldn't make contact. If you are the person who spotted her, or you know the outcome of her expected child or anything. Please contact me here. Granted this photo may difficult for many to believe, its powerful, and like most, I was speechless and somewhat confused. Comments are welcome

Great emotional shot. A photographer once told me that through our pictures we record history, and occaisionally we can impact it. Clearly this is the kind of shot that can do that. It has a reality that is hard to escape. Again great job. Votimg doesn't seem to say enough. GMV. -BJ

No words, Chuck. This is so sad.

I agree with all the other comments, she seems to be truthful, I don't see how a scam could come from that sign. Heartbreaking!

I see people like this all the time but you usually never know what's true
or just a ruse.
HER story seems much more plausable.

This image leaves me speechless yet confused. So much to consider here. Way too much though to discuss here.
