I like your shots of the French Quarter, especially by night. Our founding fathers of New Orleans had great sense. They built the French Quarter, Vieux Carre', on high ground, therefore the Quarter did not flood following the canal levee breaks. The River levee there is quite solid and would not break as it is saved in flood season by the Bonnet Carre' Spillway 25 miles upriver.
