L'eau...
Source de vie.
He has to "drive" to get water.
He does not mind, it is free and pure, he told me.
And i said...what do you do in winter?!!
He said...the same and most of the time, the freezing is not that bad.
His wife and child were waiting for him at home.

I just can't imagine having to do this...

Marie-Claire...
Dans la forêt avec ses chiens.
Who is teaching who?
**
NOTE: Marie-Claire is slowly dying of Cancer.
She refuses any treatment... I met her last Sunday.
While i took a peaceful walk in the forest.
She was there with her dogs, as i was leaving the forest,
going back to "civilisation".
She was just arriving with her two dogs.
The first thing she said was: They are friendly...
but...i was not even worried.
We spoke for a good 45 minutes.
I have few more shots that i will share soon...
She moved me.

BLACK..............and..............WHITE
I know i still have "tons" to learn in photography
but, since my 5th year of existence, i have been taking pic
by instinct...
And here, you see,
i do have a weakness for beautiful muscles
could not resist and thought B&W was perfect.
If not the challenge...perhaps
i would have missed this opportunity?
Mmmmm, maybe not ;)
The other evening...
When it was "the night" of the supermoon of the year...
Taken from the backyard and it is not a B&W image ;).
I was totally enchanted by the sky that night, as i am often.
p.s. The moon was of course, perferctly round and full, the clouds give an impression
of distorsion.

A drive by image...
I was on a red light, in my car.
She touched me.
You can't see
but she is holding a candy and it is red too.
It was as if she was too on a red light.
She was far away in her thoughts.

Second, rely on the teachings,

Third, rely on real wisdom,
not superficial interpretation;
And fourth, rely on the essence of your pure Wisdom Mind,
not on judgmental perceptions.

Lumière de la nuit...sur le lotus qui dort.
Light of the night...on the sleeping lotus.
A wild feel of white
My feet tip toeing in the morning dew
A taste of forest tea on my lips
My heart in the clouds
Deep in my eyes you find my smile
The wind is taking its time
It has no beginning
Or maybe yes
But above all
It has no end
...it simply is
I love its wild whiteness
Delectable balance
of bliss
The reason for its existence
Entre chien et loup
that unique time
when the silence of the night
magically looses its name
with the sounds of the morning
basking in the first impression of light
At the edge of the cliff
Only one law
Listening
to the voices
Serenades of the wind
Scent of the ocean
Star explosions
Warm breath of the moon
From my right hand
A feather
From my left hand
Another feather
A duette
of caresses
Traces of lilac silk
On the mat parchemin
And
i am writing it
Engraved with the tip of the feathers
An eternal bullet
In my book of life
I am in love with…..
the wild whiteness of the wind

I do not mind at all Brian. I welcome any comment and i am curious to hear about perception of others. U C, The beauty of photography, like in painting, we express what we feel and we translate what we see from our own emotions and experiences, depending of the time of day also, mood we are in and so on... What spontaneously inspired me that image was the idea of a soft pillow, mixed with "Musique de chambre" (don't know how to translate that one...), and, as Rod seem to have caught the essence of the picture... a bit of shivering under the moonlight... Voilà ;-) Thanks Brian!

PM: Kind of nice, Claudia, and I think I can see what you were aiming for - but I hope you won't mind if I say that I find the ripple effect applied to the sheet music itself somehow pushes "nice" towards "comic". I wonder if an image ripples on water transparently layered over the music would work? Brian

Be my silken melody
Willowing my spirit
As a nocturnal stream
Shivering under moonlight
Dusting the wisp
Of nightingale wing.

Snap shot
A glimpse of the past...
But, i always say, if i was the mayor of the city, i would not allow horses to be attached to a carriage doing slave work for the joy of tourists...

after i just finished brushing my teeth
Yes, this is a tiny corner of my bathroom :).
(i still have my dinosaurus computer...no clue if the calibration
of my images is good enough, i try to imagine the compensation and
voilà... I have tons of images that are terrible on my site
(the older the gallery/images the worst the calibration is)
Many months ago, i was not aware the calibration was really bad.
This is something i "discovered" with horror while watching my images
on another, much more recent, computer... The pain at that moment...
I do have a little laptop that i cherish
but...there is no room for Photoshop on it, so, there. ;)
Thank you for your visits...and warm comments, always much appreciated
even if i am keeping a low profile since...months.
My love for photography and beautiful humans is not at all diminished...
