We went to Vevey with Milchen to the Saturday Market, there were so many different delicious smells and different kinds of olives, spices, meats, and cheeses, it was almost too much to bear. They were also offering a new vintener, and for 5 Swiss Francs you could buy a small wine glass and they would continue to fill it with their different wines until you told them to stop or until you dropped.
After the Market, Karen and I took the train to Lausanne, after we spent about 1.5 hours climbing the hill up to the Church, we were about done for the day and headed back to the Chalet.
