Great pics. They bring back many memories from my time there in the 557th/96th in 1974-1976. I remember many folks there, I primarily worked in the Calibration Bay as a 35F (Nuc Wpns Elec Maint guy)with Don O'Connor working for W-3 Ralph Parish. FYI, The "years ago" pic has Marc Stamper on the right. Although he was a 35G, I and my wife hung out with them quite a bit. Traveled much of western Europe in a rusted out VW.
Thanks for sharing ... Jim
I stumbled on to your galleries.
Great memories from Germany.
You probably remember me as the HHD Commander in 1973-1975.
I saw a lot of familiar faces n the photos.
Hope to hear back from you.
Thanks for sharing. I was looking at the pics of Herbornseelbach. I attended the school there during that time, (72-75?) and am looking for some friends I had while there. I enjoyed the glimpse back - and remember taking a field trip to the base to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. My dad was stationed at Stein, but we lived in Westerburg and went to school at Herbornseelbach. Good times.

My wife talks about moving there once we retire. It's a great dream and photos like yours just fuel the fire. Keep traveling and sharing.
