ok first alway fix the level so the arrows are pointing the start of the curve. Then (im assuming), saturation +5 ; brightness -5; selective color slect the blue channel add add +5 blacks, select the red chanel add +5 black and the purple channel +5 black. sharpen... dup layer desaturate boost contrasst of that desaturated layer and mix with blending mode... once satified denoise both the desaturated layer and the colored one...

you should come pretty close...
