I learned to plow with a single bottom walk behind and a team of draft horses in 1950. I was 12 yrs old and worked the 80 acre farm with the 82 yr old owner. Best thing I did as a kid. Loved it on the farm! I'm currently writing a story about my early life in Michigan and working the farm with only animal and human power.
