Fill jar 1/3 full with apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Liquid Aminos)
1 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic, minced)
2 or 3 Dashes liquid smoke
Pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 tsp of Ginger
1 tsp Fennel
1 tsp Dill (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP Sugar
Steam Carrots 4 to 6 minutes (depending on size) until fork tender but not soft.
Steam Cauliflower 1-2 minutes
Steam Fresh Green Beans 3 mins
Sliced Bell Peppers
Sliced Onions
Place Veg’s in Jar and fill with water.
Shake and refrigerate. Let marinate at least 4 hours before eating.
Idea: place a pickled carrot on a bun and dress with
Mustard, Ketchup, Sauerkraut. You will be amazed!
