Prepping Squash— spaghetti, and butternut squash.
Scooped out spaghetti squash seeds.
Added salt and pepper, and diced tomatoes,
Onion, Bell Pepper slices, Shredded Purple Cabbage,
Sliced Mushrooms; a few Cranberries (Good for Kidneys).
Added Salt Pepper, Ginger, Garlic.
Sliced the Butternut Squash. Removed seeds where
Necessary. Added some sliced Onion, mushrooms ….
Placed on oven paper and baked for 45 minutes 375F.
Once the Spaghetti Squash is done, rake out the “spaghetti
Like” heart and add a little cooked pasta and cooked Greens
And dress as favorite Pasta dish.
Can be frozen in serving size pkgs.
Once baked, peel the Butternut Squash slices
And freeze with some of the baked vegs. (Serving size pkgs)
(Also froze sliced Cauliflower, Onion, and Chard.)
