Needed easy and quick nutrition.
Dipped slices of zucchini and tomato in ground
flaxseed, and Chia seeds; turmeric, garlic, celery seed.
Warm AirFryer and then AirFry at 350F 15-20 mins.
Stewed combination of Pinto Beans, ChicPeas,
Seasoned Tomato Sauce, Onions. Combined with
Heated Steamed Rice (had had in freezer).
Flaxseed are loaded with Omega3fatty acids
And nutrients; helps with energy, brain health,
immunity, metabolism of iron, and lowers cholesterol.
Chia Seeds provide Antioxidants; help with Bone
strength and Heart health.
