This is the BEST Wrap I’ve ever eaten. Have
eaten two days in a row — it’s that good.
HUMUS RECIPE
Chopped 6 small Carrots
1 Avocado
Juice of 1 Lemon (3TBSP)
1 Can drained Chickpeas
2 Tsp Honey
Salt & Pepper
Garlic
Optional 1/2 tsp Cumin
PULSE in Blender
WRAP
Spread a generous amount of Hummus on Wrap
covering entire wrap. Add a layer of fresh Spinach.
Add some of the pickled veggies. Sprinkle with Pepper.
Recipe for making PICKLED VEGGIES
(I keep a jar on hand.)
Carrots—precooked 5 minutes
Sliced Red Bell Prpper
Sliced Cauliflower
Sliced Onions
Ingredients for Pickling
2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 TBSP Sugar
1 tsp each : Garlic, Dill, Peppercorns, Mustard Seed
Use water to boil the Sugar and salt; dissolve well.
Place veggies, water solution, and other
pickling ingredients in jar(s). Shake.
Refrigerate over night.
