Surprisingly good! I was lazy and didn’t want to form
the balls of dough for making thinner cookies. So
they look more like brownies (from muffin tin). Next time
I’ll make the actual cookie shapes. Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together 3 mashed bananas (medium size).
1/3 C Applesauce
2 C Oats
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/4 C plant based milk. I use Coconut Milk.
Almond Milk would be good. (I’m allergic.)
1/4 C Raisins or dried Cranberries
1 C Carob Chips ) or Chocolate if you can have caffeine.
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Ginger or Cinnamon
Mix well and form the sticky ‘dough’ into
Balls — 2 TBSP each for large cookies.
Flatten with a fork. Leave space between each one
on parchment paper / baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes (less time depending on your oven)
