TBSP Maple Syrup, 2 tsp Liquid Amino, Garlic, Dried Mustard,
Ginger. Few Whole Cranberries.
Chopped Onion. TBSP Chopped Tomato.
Rice & Quinoa with Kidney Beans, and
Cut Green Beans, Chopped Carrot,
and Chopped Onion. Garlic. Black Pepper.
Cooked in pre-heated Toaster Oven (375F) for 30 minutes.
