Started with crockpot on warm.
Added 3 cans beans (rinsed)—Pinto, Black, and Garbanzo and
Also a handful of Green Beans
Chopped onion
Few sliced mushrooms
Chopped Stalk of Celery
Chopped a little Red Bell Pepper
2 TBSP Salsa
Thyme, Basil, Garlic
Added TBSP Nutritional Yeast for extra B12.
Low Sodium V8 juice and water to cover.
Turned crockpot to HIGH. Cooked 4 hours.
Combined with favorite Rice and side salad.
