Started the day making the Cashew Cheese Sauce (recipe in gallery).
Pre-cooked the pasta until almost done.
First layer - Tomato Sauce or Low Sodium V8 Juice
Added Diced Tomatoes, Salmon & Tuna
(Carefully removed bones from Salmon before adding to dish)
Lots of Sliced Onions and Pasta
More Diced tomatoes
Vegetables (precooked)
Including Green Beans, Squash, Corn, Sweet Peppers, Celery ….
Added Garlic, Pepper, Dill, Fennel, Tumeric
Added a little more Diced Tomatoes
Layered generous amount of Cashew Cream Sauce
And Basil, Garlic, Dill, Pepper, Crushed Celery Seed
BAKED at 375F for 45 minutes
