  Started with some favorite steamed Vegetables 
Including onions and a little sliced apple. (10-Minutes)
Added a crumbled slice of Vegan “Meat”-Loaf from freezer. 
(Recipe in gallery) Defrosted “meatloaf in microwave. 
3-minute Rice Noodles (cooked in boiling water used to steam vegs.)
Added some homemade sauce and cashew cheese sauce 
defrosted in microwave. (Recipe in gallery)
Garlic, Pepper, a little Salt, Chives, Cumin, Basil
