Needing a quick meal with little prep?
This steamed meal ready in 15 minutes may be it.
Started with a Cup of Rice/Quinoa I had frozen.
Added some Mung Bean Spouts I spouted in a mason jar.
Dumped in some favorite Frozen Vegs— broccoli, cauliflower,
Snow Pea, Sweet Peppers Muxture.
Sliced Mushrooms & Onion.
Added sliced Tomato, a Marinated Carrot— a left over.
Garlic, Salt & Pepper, Ginger, Basil.
Steamed for 15 minutes in Bella Food Steamer
