I’ve modified that recipe adding Cranberries and
Green peppers for Kidney Health; frozen
Mixture of corn-peas-carrots-greenbeans.
Crumbled block Tofu
Garlic
Bragg Liquid Aminos
Turmeric
Mushrooms
Onion
Diced tomatoes
Cook covered for 10 minutes on medium high heat.
Uncover and cook 5 minutes more.
In this picture the ingredients are still cooking;
fluid will dissipate.
