Simple, nutritious meal: Cooked Brown Rice
with Vegs & Spices in Rice Maker.
In Crockpot cooked 3 types of canned beans
(Pinto, Black, Garbanzo Beans - rinsed in colander).
Added to beans—Low Sodium V8 Juice, Onion,
Red Bell Pepper, 1 can crushed Tomatoes, Snow Peas,
Carrot; Spanish Thyme, Cumin, Garlic, Black Pepper. Tasty!
Combined Rice & Beans.
(The Picture is a bit blurry~ on a medication that
makes my hands extra shaky. I apologize!)
