Apple-Fig Pie (Cobbler)

Today I decided I’d better find a way to use half a dozen apples
or loose them. I peeled, sliced, and cooked the apples with a few sliced Figs, and a

TBSP of Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 Cup Apple Juice.

Cooked about 15-17 mins.

Used a store bought crust but added crumble I made.

Crumble Crust
Placed 1 1/2 cups of Granola-Flax-Coconut Cereal in Blender for a minute.

Added 1/4 Cup Apple Juice and stirred together.

Spread some on top of flour crust.
Then added fruit mixture and put remaining
crumble on top of fruit.

Baked on 375F degrees for 15 minutes. Delicious.
