I sure do like making
Fresh Bread.

(Made in 1.5 lb Breadmaker.
This loaf can be made in Breadmaker until done.)

Ground 1/4 C of Pumpkin Seeds and 1/4 C Sunflower Seeds, a pinch of Ground Cashews

Put in Bread Machine pan.
Added 1 3/4 C Water
2 TBSP Honey
2 TBSP Apple Sauce
4 C Whole Wheat Flour
Made hole in flour and added
2 tsp Active Yeast (not deep enough to contact the water )
1 tsp each — Basil, Garlic, Rosemary; Pinch of Lemon Zest
Turned on Bread Maker and let it go until time for 2nd RestTime (ready to bake) —

Sprinkled on top of dough some additional chopped Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds; and

1/4 C Dried Cranberries; and
1/4 C chopped Nuts (Next time plan to add Chia & Flax Seeds)

Total time in machine was 3 hours.
