From looking at your photos, I am assuming you are vegetarian? I became vegetarian back in 2010 simply because I love animals and do not need to kill an animal to eat. I am seeing a lot of good things to try in this gallery. I had found a recipe on line for Carrot Dogs and everyone laughed at me when I mentioned it but... I really do like them! I top the cooked carrot with some chopped onion, chopped cilantro and then dabs of mayonnaise sprinkled with smoked paprika. So easy and so good! Bon Appetit!
