These shoes were made in Trinidad. The back-story is
kind of interesting. While a Graduate Student
in the 1990's, a student from Trinidad wore a pair
of these to classes in the summer. Several times
I mentioned how much I liked the shoes.
One day he traced my foot on a piece of paper.
On his next trip home,
he had the shoes made to fit the drawing.
They are comfortable and well-made.
