MEASURE

The waters of the Ohio River are receding since the recent flooding.
This picture gives an idea of the level the waters rose~ about 4 feet
above the top of the hill on the right.

I believe they will have to open the spillways above and below New Orleans when all this snow melt reaches the mouth of the Mississippi. Very nice photojournalism photo Carol. Vote.

Looks as though the waters are going down though finally, Carol. It must of been pretty scary when it was high.V
