man made pollution I would call, don't understand sometimes not the people who throw away bottles like this

Pretty colors dancing on the water. Perhaps there was a message in the bottle? It's interesting that all the bottles have their covers on. Sometimes garbage gets blown out of garbage bins during windstorms and ends up in our waterways as well. A good photo that makes the viewer ponder.
