~ really like my little Pressure Cooker for food fast!
Per Werner's question ~ Handy little pressure cooker, it is; just the right size.
I wash the vegetables, peel, cut\slice into pot; add a little parsley, thyme, basil, pepper,
and a dash of sea salt; seal the lid, and from the time
the little steeple on top starts to let out steam, count 5 minutes and all is perfect.
When cabbage is being cooked, I add to the pot an apple and
a little brown sugar, and a tablespoon of red vinigar;
sometimes use onion, mushroom, whatever is handy. Meats can also be cooked
in the Pressure Cooker. (When cooking food under pressure, one just has
to be careful when removing the lid to safeguard against steam getting into the face.)
You may know all of this and may be winking at me, Werner.
Blessings, Carol
