A real chore? I think you're right. I don't have a dog myself, but folks around
here seem to take their dogs out twice a day. On some mornings, I can well imagine
it would be a nice way to start the day. But on other mornings, I'm sure it does
seem to be just a chore. And this was perhaps one of those mornings, at least
for this person.
