Young Purple Gallinule

This little fellow had remarkable feather detail and color. They are often hard to find in the open but this little guy just went about his business of finding some food while I snapped a few photos as the light of the day diminished.

Awesome Chris. That "call" you have brings them in close. The colors look great to me , even on an overcast day.
