Photo a Day, 7 April 2006...
Drizzly day... noticed this paper thin leaf stuck in the barberries when pulling in the driveway this afternoon after volunteering at the school. Ran in and grabbed the camera to take the shot and then had to wipe it all down as it got wet rather wet...

no - the barberries are the thorny ones on the hill... the jam is from the wineberries...

Very interesting details and colors. It is neat how the leaf is so nice and flat, and not broken from the thorns of the berry bush. Are these the berry bush you made the jam from?

May be wet but there's lots of warmth to those tones. A good textural image.
