Photo a Day, Day 294...Found this leaf and log with the same hue/tones and neat textures. Thought it would make a good study in depth of field and tones...
Rather miserable day with horrid winds - came home after picking up my son and found shingles from the roof on the ground.

It is very interesting. The curve of the leaf in the center of the image grabs my attention. The earthy brown color gives it substance.
