Common in mature deciduous woods. Usually solitary, staying in upper levels of trees.

1st time I have ever seen one!

A very fine shot, Flo! I have seen these only once (not near my home) and couldn't get a decent shot due to all the branches. He is nicely set apart here. Great job.
