Designed by Kim Rueth whose pattern was designed for using triangle beads. I tried lentils & liked the dome shape much better than the flatness of the one made with triangles.

I stitched the 2 Point Taken pendants together stuffing them with a round fire polished crystal ~14mmn. I used 6mm flower crystals for the centers.
The yellow side with lentils had a nice dome shape while the purple made with triangles tended to flop, adding the crystal inside made it pop out.
Combining the 2 pendants with something in the middle to make the purple side pop resulted in a reversible pendant that doesn't flop.
