Melodic Melodies #12: Dear Mr. Fantasy - Dave Mason (Traffic) I really need to take a PSE course, my 1st attempt at pasting a subject into another image.
I tweaked again this image this AM (Thurs 7/12)-submerging the fish & Mr. Fantasy's foot into the water & added motion waves.

You may want to think about taking out a month's subscription to Lynda.com. She has instructional videos for Elements. You can watch to your hearts delight. Just put Photoshop Elements in the search box at lynda.com and you will see optons for many versions of Elements. There are some videos that are free to watch so you can see the teachers in action before you commit.
