They plus a few others gathered around me, so curious as to who I was and what I was doing.
Such smart creatures...when I showed some bread they had a mini conversation, then the youngest was allowed to come and get it from me with an aunt/uncle guarding alongside.

Interesting how there were 2 older ones a small distance away that scouted for any signs of threats over the canyon, later relieved of their duties and replaced by 2 others.

What a totally enchanting time I had with them, sharing my sandwich and watching their behaviours amongst each other.
