Waltzing Through The Forest

I kind of waltz on walks like this, tend to turn and stop, move side to side, taking it all in.
If a breeze blows, I'm always hoping to catch one of the fluttering leaves.
The sounds in the forest on a beautiful autumn day...is like none other.

Catching the fluttering leaves is quite a challenge. I have tried a lot and rarely got it right. Keep trying, it is a good pretext for wandering in the woods!

Today was one of 'those' days here, Carol. If I could have, I would have pitched a tent in the woods, just to drink in the delicious Autumn air, before it goes away! This is a beautiful image. It fills the senses with delight! V~

If this was what was on the other side of those steps, honey, you are in heaven! This is absolutely gorgeous. Autumn is my favorite time of year and we just got our first cold snap tonight.
