Tomorrow my first butterfly will emerge from its chrysalis. I started out with 10 caterpillars eating all of my dill and then all of my parsley. I found two making their chrysalis. The first is now ready to emerge. You can see the spots on the wing and the butterfly head if you look closely. I hope it doesn’t happen over night. I don’t want to miss it. I watched it until the sunset and it got dark out, and it is still not moving inside the chrysalis.
