Snowy Egret with the Golden Shoes

Florida

This Snowy Egret with Golden Shoes was standing near a waterfall cooling off. Water was splashing on him. He is starting to get his breeding plumage.
(I don't know a he from a she when it comes to Egrets. If you do, please inform me.)

Just wonderful. The lacy breeding plumage is so pretty. I don't think we have this sort of Egret here :-(

Very very nice image. Only thing I would suggest is spending some time with the clone tool in PS. Removing the reflection of the stick, and the floating debries would really make this image stand out.
