I finally left the Observation Deck and headed further south. I was going to take the Black Point Wildlife Drive, but when I got to the turn off, it was closed due to water damage to the road. Driving back to Kennedy Parkway (the main road through the Refuge), I happen to see this guy in the palm tree. Perhaps waiting for a lost tourist??
