East Walnut Hills is one of the 52 neighborhoods that make up Cincinnati located on the east side
of the city accessible via Columbia Parkway (US Route 50). The neighborhood tends to get lumped
in with Walnut Hills on real estate listings but by all city records it is listed as a separate
neighborhood and neighborhood signs mark it as such. The East Walnut Hills housing stock is
fantastic and the neighborhood is a desirable place to life and safer than Walnut Hills. The
business district at Madison & Woodburn is quite blighted though and is in need of some rehabbing.
Considering the location of East Walnut Hills and the proximity of the business district to
O'Bryonville & Hyde Park, the area is prime for growth.
