5 day holiday to visit Swedish friend Karin in Umeć (about 700 km north of Stockholm), 9 - 13 November 2006.
Some things that are not in the pictures unfortunately: nice queer cafe in Stockholm (Muren, Västergćnggatan) with pillows to sit/lie on; running into a Swedish girl who spoke Dutch (!); two live reggae concerts; meeting lots of friends of Karin's; dancing to a live performance by Frida Selander plus DJ's at a queer party; meeting Shane look-a-like; the world's oldest ski (5200 years old); the most amazing chocolate cake for only 1 euro in the Ski Museum; getting wet feet from walking in heaps of melting snow; playing African board game Bao; drinking glög (sort of glühwein); and lots and lots of nice conversations.
