Makes sense, Jim, given your MSP origins.

Dave - as have I. They have beaten other packages I have compared them to.

Giving travel advice to a Traveller feels wrong, so I'll just mention in passing that we have gotten some very good deals using Delta Vacations. Hotel and air together are often close in price to air alone. Our hotel in Athens last year was one of the best I've ever stayed at, and we were upgraded to a suite.

Alas, No, I don't have the money to actually stay in a central hotel...I stayed at an Indian run communal living apartment building...small bedrooms, common kitchen for everyone.

Actually, a pretty nice way to live...but it got expensive too. Though Bayswater is a nice area with great availability to the tube. (I spoke to London today, an ex-wife called, it was an outdoor video call...the weather looked lovely).

While I never feed anyone's animals without their permission, a sugar cube would have been a good idea. We could have brought one from our hotel, which was just across the street. Perhaps you're familiar with it as well.

Traveller - the marketing phrase for building AI images is along the lines of - if you can imagine it, we can build it.

Jim, this is one of the horses that pull royal coaches and carriages.

T -- LOL. My horse lives!
My imagination is now running wild.

Not to beat a dead horse, (bad use of phrase!??!), but imagine yourself in Minnesota, or rocky Arizona, trans-versing anywhere for whatever purpose...chasing a deer or after a raid of Wife Stealers...on foot everywhere for everything...

Through your Northern forest or your Southern deserts....a tough time.

T - good observation. I guess one should include a variety of animals in the "tool" category. I am thinking elephants, oxen, donkeys, etc.

The issue for me is lack of a place to see them locally to photograph in action.

The living tool that has enhanced marauding and murder and mayhem across the centuries, across the valleys and hills and steppe..everywhere except South and North American Indians, before horses were introduced by the white man, Indians and Indigenous people had to kill on foot power alone...a severely limiting factor. If you see Wilbur lurking around maybe it is Mr. Ed. Paul

I love it. A fine portrait of a beauty.
