I have. In 2018 I switched to Sony cameras.
I have the latest and greatest, and use them quite a bit.
The biggest improvement are the cameras with pre capture.
If you hold the shutter at half press, it can record for up to 1 second before the full press.
For birds about other take flight it makes it very easy to capture.
This photo is a good example of that.
