Sandpaper at different grit size - what a great idea. I have a variety in my garage work bench in the garage, but the thought never crossed my mind. Fun.
It might be interesting to combine something with this that has a similar texture - sort of a quantative measurement of the other texture.
Hmmmm.
The back of this paper said...#P60 Wood Ripping Grit...I should have fitted this in the title but I couldn't figure this out...more interesting to you maybe, I tried again and again to photograph things with no texture....think olive oil spreading on a white background...1st no auto focus, you have to go manual...but it was still a crappy image,
...sort of I guess.
Next I'll try silk if I can find any....and maybe put clear baby oil in it. Hummmm
Traveller....PS there are a lot of uses for P60...mostly swollen doors or shifted from earthquakes...these actually are slight adjustments...but sometimes necessary; also stripping paint from this or that
I’d like to know what you’re sanding where you need 60 grit paper, that’s rough stuff. I’d have to go look to verify but I think the flap disk I use on my angle grinder to sharpen lawnmower blades is 60. Paul
