Thanks. Mrs. Dave often eats it uncooked. I steam it, grill it, make asparagus soup, or put it in the air fryer. I delivered about a pound to our neighbors this afternoon. She's an excellent cook. I look forward to finding out how she prepared it.

Asparagus can grow an inch or two a day. It's like fireworks. We eat it two or three days a week during the season and give away bundles to any family or friends who want some (no delivery, though).
