Artistic Red

Tucson

We were at a Mexican restaurant in an "artsy" area of Tucson last night.
This interior corner contained a corner mirror and was decorated for St Valentines day.
The reds really jumped out at our eyes.

T - the place was called LaChingada. It gets great reviews. I had SALMON A LA MEX, which was almost like a salmon fajita. It was quite good, as were all our meals. We are more used to Sonoran style in Green Valley, and this was different - a lot of similar names, but the prep and the styles and tastes were a little different - more central Mexico.

Dave - Nancy Guthrie lives in the Catalina Foothills area, an unincorporated community just north of Tucson. From Green Valley where I live, you are approximately 35 to 40 miles away from her neighborhood. The drive typically takes about 45 minutes. A couple of our favorite restaurants are up in that area.
